SELECTIVE ELECTRO-PLATING
The theory behind this process is simple; the work piece is connected as a negative and a positive charge is applied to the tool. The tool, which is covered with an absorbent material, is either dipped into a solution or it is pumped to the point of contact. Plating only occurs where the tool contacts the work piece. With over 40 plating solutions available practically any job can be repaired.

Value moulds can be repaired or protected in several ways. These include repairing mould cavity damage, re-sizing core pins and bushings, restoring dimensions of mis-machined areas, repairing join/split lines, improving mould release and corrosion protection.
