LASER WELDING - An Overview

TDA Solutions have the only sub-contract laser welding facility in the North West (UK).

A Rofin-Baasel 'starweld tool/intergral' (below) has been added to our impressive list of state of the art equipment and services.

This system is ideal for precision welds for prototyping and production. It is able to make high strength welds with penetration depths of more than 1 mm or can join fine wires with a diameter of only 20 microns.
