TDA Solutions Ltd is proud of its reputation and is aware of the reasons for providing a secure confidential environment for our customers. To this end we have a purpose built factory with rigorous procedures in place for the protection of customer designs and highly sensitive research and development. The factory includes a class 10,000 Clean Room.
Among other services we offer are Laser Welding and TIG Welding. Laser Welding for those fine and delicate welds, and the more conventional TIG Welding.
We are able to weld most metals including titanium, stainless steel and aluminium to UHV standard if required. Laser Welding produces virtually no heat build-up, distortion or undercuts.
TDA Solutions Ltd is committed to total quality and was one of the first companies in the UK to be awarded by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), BS EN ISO 9001:2000, Quality Management System and has added SAE AS9100 Rev B the Aerospace Quality System. |
